User Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate and complete information necessary for the successful execution of your project or product purchase.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You agree to follow all applicable laws and regulations while using our services and products.
- You will respect Softiconic’s intellectual property rights, and any breach of these rights will result in legal action.
Payments
Payment terms, including pricing and payment schedules, will be defined in project agreements or product purchase terms. Softiconic reserves the right to suspend or terminate services or access to digital Products for non-payment.
Project Delivery
- Softiconic will make every effort to deliver projects within the agreed-upon timeframe, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Softiconic is not responsible for any losses or damages resulting from project delays.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may be subject to change. For product purchases, digital Products will be delivered electronically upon successful payment.
Intellectual Property
Softiconic retains ownership of all intellectual property developed during the project. However, for product purchases, upon purchase and payment, you are granted a license to use the purchased Products according to the terms outlined in the product’s license agreement.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information shared during the project. For product purchases, this does not apply as the purchase of digital Products does not involve sharing sensitive information.
Termination
Either party may terminate a project with prior written notice, subject to the terms outlined in the project agreement. For product purchases, the termination of digital Product usage will be governed by the product’s specific license agreement.
Dispute Resolution
In case of any disputes, both parties agree to seek an amicable resolution through negotiation or mediation. For product purchases, disputes related to product usage will be resolved according to the product’s license agreement.
Limitation of Liability
Softiconic is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or digital Products purchased through Softiconic.
Return Policy
Softiconic offers a return policy for physical goods or Products, as specified in the relevant project agreement. In case of a return, users must adhere to the specific return process and conditions outlined in the agreement. For digital Products, Softiconic may offer refunds or exchanges, subject to the terms of the product’s license agreement.
Softiconic Product Sale Terms
For Softiconic Product sale, the terms and conditions related to WordPress themes, WordPress plugins, HTML templates, Vue/Nuxt.js templates, React/Next.js templates, and React Native mobile app templates are specified in the respective product’s license agreement or terms of use.
Modifications to Terms
Softiconic reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services or digital Products constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
